We are excited to announce the formation of Bright IC ApS, a spin‑out company emerging from the DOLORES project, officially founded in Denmark and based in Copenhagen.
Bright IC ApS is co‑founded by Michael Holbech (CEO), Deming Kong (CTO), Xiansong Meng (CSO), Hao Hu, and Pierre Nay. The company builds on the research and technological developments of the DOLORES project, with the ambition to translate high‑precision photonic computing concepts into real‑world impact.
The founding of Bright IC marks an important milestone in the DOLORES journey, reflecting both the technical maturity of the project and the strong collaboration across research, engineering, and entrepreneurship.
We are very happy to take this step and look forward to starting this new journey, bringing advanced photonic computing technologies from the lab to practical applications.
